The Averist team is led by HR Director Judith, who brings over 20 years of experience across retail, hospitality, legal, manufacturing, and charitable sectors.
Judith holds an MSc in Strategic HR Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She is a mental health first aider, a long-standing trustee of a young people’s mental health charity and is the safeguarding officer of a local children’s rugby club.
Judith’s approach is grounded in empathy, pragmatism, and a deep understanding of the human side of business. She lives with her partner, children, and two scruffy rescue dogs, bringing warmth and real-world perspective to every client interaction.
